Grant-writing and fund development: Experienced grant writing, reporting, and tracking with private, corporate, and governement funders.
Program development: Support to build out a new program or articulate an existing program using a logic model and/ or similar tools.
Program evaluation: Support in developing evaluation tools, improving outputs and outcome tracking, and carrying out quantitative and qualitative evaluation. Grant compliance monitoring on behalf of funders.
Creating a trauma-informed culture: Organizational assessment, staff and client consultation, development of policies and protocols, updating workplans, creating evaluation tools, and training.
Supervising: Coaching to improve supervising and motivate staff, creation of tools to evaluate and improve staff performance, planning for ongoing supervision, training, and preparation to have difficult conversations.

Building community engagement: Support developing buy-in, planning, creating staff workplans and deliverables, and implementing training to build community engagement and leadership in your organization.
Integrating organizing & social justice into service organizations: Support in understanding how to best integrate social justice values and organizing into your programs, and creating the culture and infrastructure necessary to make it happen.
Housing policy: Research, writing, policy development, and coalition building around affordable housing and homelessness services policy and implementation.
